registrar.
| Rev. Jones says:
The Community School of the
| Bible will provide an opportunity
| Bible. and some relate] material.
Such a course of study will be of
tremendous help to Sunday School
Teachers, Church Lay Workers, and
Church Officers. It is designed to
provide a meaningful and working
grasp of Bible Truths.
The School will be Interdenom-
inational and Non-Sectarian in its
| presentation of Bible facts and in
the emphasis placed by the teachers
and courses. Area interest has been
indicated not only by Lay-Preach-
| ers who would like training for
possible Pastoral positions, but also
| by . some Church Officials and
| Teachers as well as people just out
| of high school.
There well be no pre-requisites
for taking the course. Anyone may
enroll in one or more of the classes
: offered for .a very modest tuition
fee. In order to receive a diploma,
requirements must be completed for
‘each of the courses indicated (the
course: ‘Practical Christianity” is
| needed for some of the courses
must be purchased.
Only those courses on the First
Year Level will be offered this year. |
| The time will be from 7:00 til 9:30 |
p.m. each Monday beginning. Octo- |
ber 3 through December 12.

1sell dear,
Construction
ing it, and with the present build-
ing program needs the space for
further expansion. It was tans |
ferred by agreement, to Wilkes. |
For some time, according to Mrs.
Stuart Marks, one of the congrega- |
tion ,the move has been contem- |
plated. A suitable location was con- |
sidered, and the property in Forty- |
Fort selected at 1597 Wyoming
Avenue. |
The location is easily identified.
It is directly across the street from
the entrance to Wyoming Seminary
Day School.
With construction already start-
ed, as of last Thursday, it is ex-
pected that the building will be
completed in six months.
The lie of the land gives a gentle
slope toward the rear. Plans are
to use this lower section for a
parking space.
