Dallas Schools To Open Doors, Sept. 7, With New Faces The Dallas School District will begin the 1966-1967 session onthe seventh of September with at least 14 new professional employes. Miss Santina R. Argento, of 158 Vine Street, Pittston, was graduated from College Misericordia with a B.S. degreeinthefield of elementary education. She has been employed in the Federal Program under the Ele- mentary and Secondary Act of 1965 as a junior teacher. Miss Argento will be assigned to the Dallas Elementary School. Mr. James W. Bamrick, of Sans Souci Mobile Court, Wilkes-Barre, was graduated from Hanover Township Memorial High School and Wyoming Seminary. Heholds a B.S. degree from Wilkes College in the fields of comprehensive social studies, history, and political sci- ence. While in college, Mr. Bam- rick participated in wrestling and was a member of the Letterman’s Club. Mr. Bamrick will be assigned to the Dallas Junior High School, and will teach social studies. Mrs. Ann Marie Gries, of Wood- cliffe Drive, Dallas, was graduated from Marywood College, Scranton. She holds a B.S. degree in the field of home economics and has taken her education courses at Teachers’ College, Columbia Uni- versity. She is presently enrolled in the summer session at College Misericordia in the state approved library courses. Mrs. Gries will be assigned tothe library in the Dallas Junior High School. Mrs. Marilyn Guerrieri, of 115 East Franklin Street, Shavertown, Pennsylvania, was graduated from Elmira College, Elmira, N.Y., with a B.A. degree in liberal arts. She is certificated in the field of Latin, and will teach this subject in the Dallas Senior High School. Mr. Robert C. Harding, of 160 Sharpe Street, Kingston, was grad- uated from Kingston High School and Wilkes College. He holds a B.S. degreeinthefield of elementary education. Mr. Harding has been employed in the Federal Program under the Elementary and Secondary Act of 1965. Mrs. Janet E. Harris, of 148 Howell Road, Midway Manor, Shavertown, was graduated from Wyoming Memorial High School and Bloomsburg State College. She also attended Shippensburg State College for graduate credits. Miller, whosehome is in Mifflinville, Pennsylvania, will reside on Church Street, Dallas. He was graduated from Central County Jointure in Espy, Penn- sylvania, and Bloomsburg State College. He holds a B.S. degree in the fields of German and social studies. While in college, Mr. Miller par- ticipated in the following activities: German Club, Day Men’s Associa- tion, and track.
