Plens New Parsonage
Tentative plans for the construc-
tion of a new Huntsville Methodist
Church parsonage have been ap-
proved according to Rev. Rolland
| J. Crompton, superintendent of the
Wilkes-Barre District, during a
meeting’ recently with Rev. West-
field and members of the parsonage
committee.
The new parsonage, according to
John Fielding, committee chairman,
will be erected in a new develop-
ment off Hillside Road RD 5 Shaver-
town.
The WSCS ver a covered dish
supper. Wednesday = February 9 at
the church to kick-off the parsonage
campaign. Detailed information was

died Thursday morning in Nanti-
coke Hospital. where he had been
admitted to the medical service No-
| vember 17.
Burial was Monday Boning in
St. John's Cemetery, following serv-
ices from the . Bronson Funeral
Home and a Mass of Requiem at
Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church at
Lake Silkworth. Holy Name Society
recited the Rosary Sunday night.
Mr. Niezgoda, native of Austria-
Hungary, ¢ame to this coutry many
vears ago. For forty years he owned
and ‘operated a farm in Lehman.
