Early Tuesday morning (like
about 6:30 a.m.), Dec. 7th, we were
on our way to New York City. We
were on a field trip with the art
appreciation (that could be talked
about!) classes. We were going to
the Metropolitan Museum of Art,
and also to a few smaller museums.
However, the smaller museums were
optional — we could do something
else if we wanted to. We did!

by 2 points; Huntsville beat Ben-
over Prince of Peace, 65-44.
Evans was top scorer for East
Dallas with 2 points; Hinkle for
Trucksville with 20; Frum led Ben-
ton, 18; ‘Strausser, Huntsville, 15;
R. Ell had 15 for Prince of Peace
and Brobst, 18 for Harveys Lake.
Next week, only 2 games will be
played. Harveys Lake vs Huntsville
at 7 p.m.; Prince of Peace vs East
Dallas at 8. Benton vs Trucksville
will be rescheduled at a later date.

| Dallas Senior ‘High School opened
its wrestling season. Thursday
night when the Mountaineers tra-
velled to Abington Heights for an
| exhibition match. Although the
| Dallas team was without contest-
ants in the 95 and heavyweight
classes and had to forfeit those
bouts, it came home victorious,
scoring 32-20.
Dallas had three first period pins,
| Tom Finn, 133, pinned Laegashi in
55 seconds; Scott Alexander, 138,
pinned Giblin in 1:18 and Kashen-
bach, 127, pinned Desury in 1:26.
Rusty Williams, 112, decisioned
Mundrake, 6-0; Dave Finn, 120, won
a decision over M. Kosloski, 6-2;
| Harry Cooper took Rinehimer, 2-0
in the 145 class; Carl Zimmerman,
165, decisioned Kirigian, 8-3; and
