New York, all cousins of the bride.
The junior bridesmaid was Susan
Lewis of North Stonington, Conn.,
niece of the bridegroom.
The flower girls also wore iden-
tical dresses with wreaths in their
hair. They carried baskets of “Pink

with baby breath and ivy.

Florida; Mrs. Kenneth Cain, Akron,
Ohio; and a cousin, Mr. George Fry,
Philadelphia. Mrs. Templin also re- |
ceived a birthday telegram from
granddaughter, Marilyn Eck.
Program consisted of songs by
the older grandchildren with Jack |
Eck playing the guitar. Mrs. Lewis
Reese read a tcast from the chil-
dren, which was an original poem, |
and Peggy Reese read one from the
grandchildren. Robin and Freddie |
Templin gave a recitation. Mrs. Eck |
read the poem ‘Only One Mother” |
as she presented an engraved watch |
in behalf of the family.
Miss Beverly Eck then showed
slides’ of her visit to Africa where |
she wag a Rotary Exchange Stu-
brating their 40th wedding anniver-
sary today. They were married on |
September 16, 1925; by Rev. Clar- |
ence Hickock in the Dorranceton |
Methodist parsonage.
Mrs. Snyder is the former Mildred
Harrison, daughter of the late Mr.
and Mrs. Samuel Harrison of Kings- |
ton and Mr. Snyder is the son of the
late Mr. and Mrs. George Snyder
They are parents of four chil-
dren, Mrs. George Shaver, Jr., Fern-
brook: Charles, Allentown; Mrs. |
Clayton Traver, Idetown and James
at home and 13 grandchildren.

Miss Lila Felt Now
At Home Of Niece |
Miss Lila Felt, R. N., who has |
been a patient in Nesbitt Hospital |
for nine and a half months follow-
ing severe accident injuries which
claimed the lives of two of her
companions has been removed to
the home of her niece, Mrs. Robert
Baird, Trucksville. |
Miss Felt, who is a resident of
Idetown, has made a miraculous re- |
covery and is continuing to gain
strength at the home of Mrs. Baird.
Next summer she hopes to be re-
united with her mother, Mrs. Hattie |
Hilbert, who at present is staying |
with another daughter in New York |
State. |
Miss ‘Felt had just retired from ||

the nursing field after 32 years of |
practice when the accident occurred.
