tion by a curve to the right, having

(10) feet distant from said concrete
pavement, a distance of eighty-two
and seven tenths (82.7) feet to a
point; THENCE by a curve to the
right, having a radius of fifteen (15)
feet, a distance of twenty-three and
five tenths (23.5) feet; THENCE
South fifty four (54) degrees ten
(10) minutes West thirty-three and
three tenths (33.3) feet; THENCE
South (14) fourteen degrees three
