Prince of Peace - East Dallas
Prince of Peace just could not
seem to get an offense moving in
| the first game, while East Dallas,
| with Tom Oney and Wes Evans
scoring 9 and 8 points respectively,
built up ‘a comfortable 26-12 half-
time lead. The third quarter began
{ with a. flare-up between Prince of

baugh and East Dallas’ Tom Oney.
Both players were ejected from the
game, and this also hurt Prince of
Peace’s chances for a comeback
victory. Wes Evans took over in
the scoring where Tom Oney left off,
and finished as the game’s high
scorer with 22 counters. Oney’s 9
came in for second-place scoring
honors, followed by Frank Tencza
and John Zarno with 8 each. Jim
Thomas again paced the Prince of
Peace ‘scoring with 16 tallies, fol-
lowed by Ralph Ell's 10, all of which
he scored in the second half. This
victory was. especially sweet for

throughout the contest. Keith
