Mrs. Wesley Cooper, Jr.; one for
grades four through six called the |
Christian Cadets, directed by Mr.
and Mrs. Thomas Atkinson; and one |
for grades one through three, the |
Christian Heralds, directed by. Mr.
and ‘Mrs. Franklin Giberson. These
groups meet separately in different
areas of the building.
_ Directors are assisted by others
as they are needed. Assisting on
the first night were Mrs. Leon
Youngblood and Mrs. Grove Arm-
strong.
Boys and girls four years old
through kindergarten meet

on the previous week's Sunday
School lesson and for Bible Memori-
zation and for fun. Younger chil-
dren are cared for in the nursery.

| are held on one night, ladies on an-
| other night, boys and girls, on an-
| other night, the youth on yet an-

ing the family ties, the church is
actually - pulling. the family apart.
Furthermore, when the family is
tied up in an abundance of meetings
in the church, it is unable to par-
ticipate in the local ' community
affairs where each family has a
' Christian responsibility.
The family night program begins
| at 7:30 and ends promptly at 8:45.
| It is held every Wednesday of the
{| month, except the first Wednesday
which is the Monthly Business Ses-
sion. The Family Night is open to
anyone in the community wishing
to participate.

afternoon at Veterans Hospital.
A native. of Brooklyn, N. Y., he
had lived in Trucksville for the past
year.
He was a veteran of World War
II. For a number of years he op-
erated a truck stop in Whitehouse,
N. J.
Surviving are his widow, the for-
