Mrs. Diehl, daughter of the late

| spent most of her life in Forty Fort,
moving back to this area five years
ago. Her first husband, Thaddeus
R. Watson, died twenty-one years
ago.
She belonged to Forty-Fort Meth-
odist Church.
Surviving are: her husband Wal-
ter C.; a son Donald W. Watson, ,

Insurance Course
Ernest ‘H. Gay, representative of
Nationwide Insurance’ in Dallas, is
one of 47 ‘Agents attending the
Training Program being conducted
| by his Compaines at the Cocoa Inn,
Hershey, Pa.
Mr. Gay has qualified to attend
this program, designed to help him
render better service to his policy-
holders.
“The program, one of a series of
training courses held periodically
by the Companies, began on Sep-
tember 24 and will continue

Mrs. Ellen Garinger
Rests At Fern Knoll
Ill many months, Mrs. Ellen A
Garinger, 74, died Saturday morn-
ing at her home.
Born in Wilkes-Barre, Mrs. Gar-’
inger was the former Ellen John-
son. Prior to moving to the Back
Mountain 43 years ago, she resided
| in South Wilkes-Barre. Her hus-
| band Delbert, died in 1959.
Mrs. Garinger was a member of
St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, Shaver-
town, and a member of its ladies
| auxiliary.
She is survived by three child.
ren, Mrs. Bruno Michalowski, Mt.
Bethel; Mrs. John Beable and Ar-
thur, Dallas; a ' brother, . Ernest
Jchnson, Binghamton and = two
grandchildren.
Services’ were held Tuesday af-
ternoon from Disque Funeral Home,
with Rev. Frederic H. Eidam' of-
ficiating. Interment was in. Fern
Knoll Commis Dallas. .

Attend Reunion
School had their reunion at Irem
| Temple Country Club, Saturday,
Sept. 26. It was a delightful even-
ing in a lovely environment with
flowers .in beautiful fall colors, and
an evening in reminiscence and
songs, good old school songs.
