No. 71 May Term 1964, issued out
of the Court of Common Pleas of
Luzerne County, to me directed,
there will be exposed to public
sale, by vendue or outcry to the
highest and best bidders, for cash,
in Court Room No. 1, Court House,
in the City of Wilkes-Barre, Lu-
zerne County, Pennsylvania, on Fri-
day, May 22, 1964 at ten o'clock
AM. Daylight Saving Time in the

right, title and interest of the de-
fendant in and to—
All those parcels and tracts of
gad situate in Wright Township,

of the old White Haven Highway
leading . from Mountain Top to
White Haven, said nail being at
a point where the line between
Lots No. 26 and No. 27 (of a plot
of lots laid out by C. L. Hartwell,
Certified Eng. for Richard I. Conety)
extended westerly intersects the
center line of said highway; thence
along the said extension of the line
between lots, and continuing along
the line between said lots, still
continuing along line of land of
Richard I. Conety Estate, still con-
tinuing across ‘the New White
Haven Highway, and still continu-
ing along land of the Richard I
Conety Estate South 64 degrees 55
minutes East 451.3 feet to an iron

Mr. and Mrs. Bernard Mulligan,
Noxen, will observe his 18th birth-
day anniversary in Hawaii on sub-
marine duty aboard the U. S. Sea
Dragon operating out of Pearl Har-
bor.
John is a graduate of Lake Leh-
man High School, class of 1963. He
enlisted in the Navy and left June
20 for training at Great Lakes Nav-
‘al Station. He also completed sub-
marine training at New London,
Conn.
The Noxen lad will mark his
birthdate on May 21. His address
