Junior Girl Scouts of Troop 648
enjoyed a day in the out-of-doors
on Saturday, April 11th. The girls
hiked to Stull and cooked their
supper .They are working on the
“Back Yard Fun Badge.” They prac-
ticed fire building, made animal
track casts, fixed a tree with food

by the Idetown WSCS will be held
April 22 at 5:30. Rev. Norman Tif-

board and Sunday School board,
held in the churchhouse on Satur-

stall bathroom and other improve-
ments. Their daughter and hus-
band, Betty and Bill Salmon, spent
last week in’ the cottage.
Myra Carlin up the road had a
new roof on her house, and John
Parrish is about ready to start
painting her’ home. Then next
door, Betty and Ben Kasmark Jr.,
are | grading and improving the
grounds around their pretty new
home. Yes, spring is here with pep
for everyone.
Herman and Bert Coons are de-
molishing the sawmill on the Wilson
Ryman Road. It was built by Harry
Martin years ago on daughter and
son-in-law’s land (Warren Stan-
ton’s, formerly Paul Carlin’s home
and land.)
