Mr. and Mrs. Vern Pritchard, Ma-
ple Street, Trucksville, will celebrate
their 25th wedding anniversary to-
day. The couple left yesterday for
New York City where they will
observe the" special occasion by
spending a few days in the metropo-
lis.
They were married in Trucksville
Methodist Church by Rev. Harry
M. Savacoo!l. Attendants were Mrs.
{Harry D. Owens, sister of the bride,
and Raymond Pritchard, brother of
the groom.
Mrs. Pritchard is the former Ruth
Perkins, Truziesville, and is a grad-
‘uate of General Hospital School of
| Nursing.
Her husband is tax collector of

Kingston Township and Republican
committeeman in Trucksville. He is
a trustee of Trucksville Methodist
Church, to which the couple belong,
and is a member of Odd Fellows and
representative of the Boy Scout
Council in this area.
They are the parents of three
children, Jack, member of the fac-
ulty at Wyoming Seminary, Robert,
student at Wilkes-College, and Ver-
na Lee, attending Alleghany College,
at Meadville.
There are also two grandchildren,
Cynthia Ruth and Jack Kently
Pritchard.

Kim Kaminski Feted
On 6th Birthday
Little Kim Kaminski, daughter of
Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Kaminski, Oak
Hill, was feted at a birthday party
recently in honor of her 6th birth-
day which fell on April 4.

Mrs. T.M.B. Hicks, more familiar-
ly known as Hix, is back again at
{ her desk at the Dallas Post after
| a leave of gbsence of three weeks,
during which she covered a great
deal of territory from Pennsylvania
to Florida by car, and a consider-
able amount by water, some of it
fairly rough, in the West Indies.
. Highlights were blossoming wis-
teria in Georgia, azaleas and camel-
expected snowstorm along the In-
land Waterway.
When interviewed by the Society
Editor of the Dallas Post, Hix said,
“Give me the crocuses every time,
and lead me to a robin. , Who wants
summer in the springtime?”

Mr. and Mrs. Fred Senese, Eliza-
