Section II: Any person who shall park any motor vehicle in viola- tion of the provisions of Section I hereof, shall be subject to a fine of Five Dollars ($5.00), plus costs, and, in default of payment thereof, shall be subject to imprisonment in the Luzerne County Prison for a period not in excess of five days.
