Engaged To Harry H. Sebring
Mr. and Mrs. Warren Brown,
former residents of Dallas, now xe-
siding in Elmira, N. Y., announce
the engagement of their daughter,
Phyllis Louise, to Harry H. Sebring,
also of Elmira.
Miss Brown is a graduate of Cort-
land High School and is an em-
ployee of Westinghouse Electric
Corp., Horseheads.
Her fiance is also a graduate of
Cortland High School and is em-
ployed with Hankins Container Co.,
Elmira Heights. He is the son of
