Dash of salt
1 quart chilled milk
14 teaspoon vanilla
Place eggs, instant coffee,

“until coffee and sugar are dis-
solved. Gradually beat in the
milk, Then add vanilla and mix
well. Chill. Makes 4 servings,
1 cup each,
