Butlers Arrive Home
From Visit Abroad
Mr. and Mrs. John Butler, Shaver-
town are home again after spend-

Lukasavage in Munich, Germany.

Little Susan Lukasavage, now
eight months old and hale and hearty
proved the highlight of "the trip
when she got acquainted with the
grandparents she had never seen.
Together the Butlers and Luka-
savage's traveled the cable car up
the Alps and marveled at the breath
taking view, one of the most pict-
uresque in the world.
They also visited a salt mine Ber-
chegaden gardens, Hitler's - retreat
and Oberammegau, site of the fam-
ous Passion Play.
Mrs. Butler was attracted most
to the charming houses of the Alps
and Germany where overhanging
roofs and balconies fitted with flow-
er boxes and laden. with vinelike
blooming geraniums formed an
enchanting picture.
‘While diving in Germany Mr. |
Butler slipped a disc in his back
which since his return forced him
his bed.
His scouts anxious for his return
to the troop are hoping for a speedy
recovery for ‘their popular leader.

internship at General Hospital. He
was resident im obstetrics and gyn-
ecology at District of Columbia Gen-
eral Hospital, Washington, and was
on active naval duty at Annapolis
Naval Hospital.

Hobbs, was graduated from Lake-
Lehman High School, Class of 1959.
He is stationed with ‘the United
States Air. Force at. Harmon Air
Force Base, Newfoundland.
The wedding will take place in
December.
Evans Have Visitors
Mrs. Margaret Bruns, and grand-
daughters, Kim and Jill Evans,
have returned home to Falls Church,
Va., after a week's visit with Mr.
and Mrs. Don Evams, Church Street,
Dallas.
The latter also accompanied Mrs.
Bruns and their granddaughters to
their home where they spent last
weekend. Kim and Jill are daugh-
ters of Don, Jr., and the former
Joan Bruns, both formerly of Dallas.

at Nesbitt Hospital. There are five

Roushey Reunion
A heautitul day greeted families
and friends of the Peter B. Roushey
descendents 15th annual reunion at
Rummages Grove Saturday July 27.
A picnic dinner was held at 2 p.m.»
followed by a business meeting.
