Invocation was given by Karl Squier. Elwood Ruckel, who acted as the toastmaster, first introduced Mr. Edwards. He presented the athletic and band awards. Representatives of the various booster organizations were recog- nized, and they were as follows: Football Mothers—Mrs. Lloyd Rog- Worth, and P.-T.A.—Richard Wil- liams. Members of the administration: Anthony Marchakitus, high school principal; Lester B. Squier, super- vising principal; Robert Z. Belles, assistant supervising principal; and Willard Sutton, president of the Board of ‘Education, were also hon- ored. Robert O'Dell; head football coach at Bucknell University, was main speaker. He told of his past expe- riences on the gridiron and how they pertained to the students at Lake-Lehman. William Frey, Gen- eral Chairman and president of the P.-T.A. for the next term, made brief remarks. Program was then concluded with a moment of silent prayer for Fred Hennebaul, member of the class of 1963 who was injured in a wrestling match last winter. Richardson, I Army Pfc. Dallas, to the rank of 1st Lieuten- ant. First Lt. Richardson is now serving as Transportation Officer of the unit and is responsible for equipment during any drills or en- campments the 402nd takes part | in. ; During an active duty situation, Ist Lt. Richardson would be in charge of a motor pool containing some 33 vehicles used to transport men and equipment in the unit as well ‘as the 12,000 prisoners the 402nd is equipped to service. Andrew Petroski Assigned To Vietnam Andrew E. Petroski Jr., whose parents live on Route 2, Dallas, was assigned to the Army element of the Military Assistance Advisory Group (MAAG) in Viet- nam, May 23, as a radio operator. MAAG, Vietnam, is an Army- Navy-Marine-Air Force organiza- tion which advises the armed forces of the Republic of Vietnam on training, use of equipment and tactical operations. Petroski entered the Army in January 1962 and received basic training at Fort Jackson, S.C. He was last assigned at Fort Belvoir; Va. a 1960 graduate of Dickinson College. While at Dickinson, he received the John Dickinson Saber Award, the highest college award to a graduating senior in the ROTC. First Lt. Richardson also served as cadet colonel of his ROTC class, a rank designating the highest scholastic average in the ROTC. Receiving his commission upon graduation he'served 6 months with: the U. S.
