One fact was brought out which needs to be remembered; it was {stated for a fact that only 3 per ‘ cent of our young people become in- | volved in delinquency each year, | and that 90 per cent of our chil- dren will never be classed as de- linquent. In Pennsylvania only such young people as are booked in courts as delinquents can be called juvenile delinquents. In our Back Mountain region we do not have juvenile delinquent problems, al- though we have now and then what can be called incidents. In other) words, delinquency is not a habit in our neighborhood. But church people are being alerted to every possible program ‘to help prevent delinquency. Idetown W.S.CS. met in the church house {on Wednesday night with Mrs. George May presiding.
