Reverend Robert G. H. Kelly, whose home is Capetown, is working toward a doctor of philosophy de- gree at, Union Theological Seminary in New York. For a year, Mr. Kelly was a chap- lain to miners in the gold-fields of the Orange Free State, South Africa. His primary responsibility was to attend to the pastoral needs of white miners, but he worked with the African chaplain in ministering to African miners. miners are employed in the gold fields. Born in Capetown, Mr. Kelly at- tended University of Capetown; Rhodes University in South Africa, where he received the bachelor of arts degree, and Cambridge Univer- sity in England, where he received his M.A. He is a minister in the Methodist Church of [South Africa. Mrs. Emma Mancini Buried In Scranton Mrs. Emma Mancini, 85, who made her home with her nephew ‘Amadeo Pravato, Trucksville, since retiring from work as a housekeeper seven years ago, died Sunday morn- ing following an illness. She was buried yesterday in the Italian- American ‘Cemetery, Scranton. A native of Italy, she came to this country as a child.
