Carol Singing Enjoyed By Pack 444 And Families On Wednesday evening, Decem- ber 19, the members of Cub Scout Pack 444 and their families enjoyed an old fashioned Carol Sing in the Sweet Valley Area. In place of a “one horse open sleigh” the group made their rounds in George Wes- ley’s new school bus. Singing was led by Cubmaster Burl Updyke. The Cubs, full of enthusiastic ‘hristmas spirit, were delighted to ing for their friends and neigh- bors, but a special happiness filled the bus when they spotted their beloved school custodian, John [laylor, working late at Ross build- ng, giving the group a chance to sing holiday wishes to him. After the caroling a Christmas party was eld at the Maple Grove Methodist Church Hall. Santa distributed gifts to those attending.
