at the regular meeting of the Board
to be held in the KingstonTown-
ship Building December 12, 1962,
at 8 P. M. the following resolution:
BE
“Zoning Ordinance” of Kingston
Township approved the 8th Day of
August, 1962, be and the same
hereby is amended as follows:
(a) By striking out Section 2.033
of Article 2 thereof and adding in
place thereof the following:
“Setbacks for Accessory Buildings
—Accessory Buildings shall be dis-
tant at least ten feet from alley
lines and ‘at least ten feet from lot
lines of adjoining lots in residence
district. All front yard setbacks
| shall be at least thirty feet.”
«(b) By striking out, in Article 5,
following the words ‘rear yard”,
the figues 30-30-30 under the head-
ings Commercial (B-1), Commercial
(B-2) and Industrial (I-1), and
substituting fhergtor the figues 10-
10-10.
(¢) Article 5 by striking out
therefor opposite the words “Build-
ing Height? the word “Minimum”
and substituting therefor the word
“Maximum’’; under the heading
Residence (R-2), by striking the
words ‘Distance from center line
of street and by inserting under
the heading “Stories” and the figure
35 opposite the heading “Feet”.
(d) By adding thereto after Sec-
tion 9.3 the following Section:
“9 31—Any owner, or agent of any
owner, any tenant or any other
person violating any of the pro-
visions of this Ordinance, or any
person who, upon being notified
by the Zoning Officer of any such
violation, shall fail, within ten (10)
days after the time for appeal from
such notification shall have expired,
to take ‘the, necessary steps to com-
ply therewith, shall, upon conviction
thereof in a summary proceeding,
be sentenced to pay a fine of not
less than FIFTY DOLLARS ($50.00)
nor more than THREE HUNDRED
DOLLARS ($300.00), and the costs
of prosecution, or undergo impris-
onment for a term of not more than
thirty (30) days. The Township
of Kingston may, also, pursue such
other remedies in addition thereto,
either legal or equitable or both,
as may be available to compel com-
pliance with the provisions of this
Ordinance. In ‘the event any per-
son shall, after conviction as above
set forth, fail to take such steps
as may be necessary to comply
with this Ordinance, such failure
shall constitute a second violation
and shall be subject to the same
penalties as are above provided for,
for the initial violation hereof.
(e) By amending the Zoning Map
attached to the said Zoning Ordi-
nance by re-zoning as business B-2,
the following described piece or
parcel of land, sfituate in the Town-

rabbit that has been dyed or other-
wise colored artificially may be sold
or offered for sale; raffled; offered
or given as a prize, premium, or ad-
vertising device; or displayed in any
store, shop, carnival, or other public
place.
2. Chicks, ducklings, and goslings
younger than four weeks of age
may not be sold or offered for sale;
raffled: or offered or given as a prize,

a quantity of less than twelve birds |
to an individual person.
3. Stores, shops, vendors, and
others offering chicks, ducklings, or
goslings for sale, raffle, or as a
prize, premium, or advertising de-

vide and operate proper brooder
facilities to maintain the chicks,
ducklings, or goslings in good health,
and shall keep adequate food and
water available to the birds at all
times.
4." Violation of this ordinance
shall be punished by a fine of not
less than ten dollars ($10) nor more
than twenty-five dollars ($25); pro-
vided that, after any violation has
been called to the attention of the
violator by any law enforcement
officer, each day on which such vio-
lation continues or is repeated shall
constitute a separate offence and
violation.
