She is now able to sit up during meal time. Bess Klinetob, Sweet Valley, and Mrs! Lillian Hildebrant, Dallas, have returned from Nichols, N. Y. where they spent a few days with Mrs. Burton Lyons, widow of Rev. Burton Lyons, former minister of Maple Grove Methodist charge. Mrs. Lyons, who has. many friends in this area, will note her eighty- fifth birthday, November 10. She is in good health, maintaining her own home. Mrs. Louise Foss, who has been ill, is improving. Cards and get well messages sent to her were greatly appreciated. Doerfler, Jr. and son, Mark, Levittown, N. J., were Saturday guests of Mr. and Mrs. Albert L. Ray. Mr. Doerfler was formerly stationed at Benton Air Force Base. He is a 1962 gradu- ate of the University of New Mexico. The family recently moved from Albuquerque to New Jersey where he is with R.C.A.
