ROUSHEY REUNION
The fourteenth annual reunion of
descendants of the Peter B. Roushey
family was held at Wolfes Grove,
July 28, 70 members and friends at-
tending. A picnic dinner was follow-
ed by a business meeting and elect-
ion of officers: Peter L. Roushey pre-
sident; vice president Mrs, Katie
Koerber; Secretary and treasurer
Mrs. Harry Martin Sr.
The oldest member was B. J.
Roushey, and youngest child Chris
Todd Donahue.
Families traveling the greatest
distance were Mr .and Mrs. William
Kanarr, College Point, Long Island;
Mr. and Mrs Jay Bloomer and daugh-
ters West Chester.

on Sunday at Rummage’s Grove,
Hunlock Creek.
Mrs. Joseph Rodda presided. The
meeting was opened by the group
saying the Lord's Prayer in unison.

Mrs. Ethel Williams
Had Long Illness
Mrs. Ethel Williams, 56, resident
of Midway Manor for the past four
months, died at her home Thursday
after a long illness.
She was buried Monday at Me-
morial Shrine, following services
from Kingston.
For twenty years before moving
to Dallas, the Scranton native lived
in Kingston, where she belonged to
Kingston Methodist Church and
‘Order of the Eastern Star.
She leaves her husband Arthur;
daughters Eleanor Jane Williams,
RN, at home; Mrs. Herbert Hoover,
Forty-Fort; brothers, Arthur Rob-
erts, Scranton; John Roberts, Chin-
chilla; James Roberts, West Virginia;
