Plasto. No Pianos!
No pianos, no coal stoves for the
Library Auction, PLEASE. They
weigh too much. Volunteer help
slips a disc when it lifts such heavy
stuff. And a piano, hoisted to the
block, brings maybe fifty cents.
Coal stoves come in the same cate-
gory. If you have a coal stove for
a summer cottage, advertise it in
the Dallas Post and get something
out’ of it. This time of year, folks
are fixing up their summer cot-
tages, and a coal stove is very
comforting on ja chilly morning.
Coal stoves and pianos’ can be sold
in the Trading Post.
Ruction Boan-Bags
Twlve gay little calico bean-bags
sat themselves on the counter at
the Dallas Post Monday afternoon.
“Will they sell at the Auction?”
Mrs. Emma L. Schweitzer inquired.
Of course they will . . like hot-
cakes. Who could pass up a clown
beanbag wearing “a cheerful grin
‘and a pointed cap?
with ‘shades decorated by Oliver
Schallenberger; a towel rack and a
piece of old glass.
Ann Parkhurst; of “The old Pine

Henry, of Mother, St., Kingston,
donated a china lamp on teakwood
