The Commission may make and adopt rules and regula- tions for its organization, and shall hold regular and special meetings as mecessary in the interim between its annual meetings: Sectien Four — POWERS AND DUTIES — The powers and duties of said commission shall be those several powers and duties as set forth in the Act of General Assem- bly, July 10th, 1947, P. L. 1621, as amended; provided, however, that they are not imconsistent with any ordinance of the Borough of Dallas or with any ordinamce of the Bor-' ough of Dallas or with any law of the Commonwealt of Penmsylvania: Section Five—ADDITIONAL DUTIES — The Planning Commis- sion shall assumé all of the pow- ers and duties of a Dalla las Borough Zoning Commission, as set forth in the Act of General Assembly. July 10th, 1947, P. L.. 1961, as amend- ed. Section Six — REPEALER — Any ordinance or parts of ordinances incomsistent with this ordinance * hereby repealed. If any part or parts of this ordinance are adjudged to be unlawful, the remaiing parts shall femain in force and effect.
