Harveys Lake Woman's Service Club.

take place at the April meeting,
with installation in May. Nine of-
ficers will be elected for two years
each.
The Club's fifteenth birthday will
be celebrated with a Charter Night
program at the May dinner to be
held at O'Connells Twin Lakes. All
charter members, whether still be-

prize in a raffle for the Recovery
Fund of Freddy Hennebaul is in the

is donating her work. At a recent
meeting of the Club the afghan
was displayed. It is half finished
and made in the ripple pattern
with shades from deep purple to the
'ighter lavender colors.
The raffle will’ be conducted by
the directors of the fund.

daughter - Evelyn, Brook Street,
were guests of Mr. and Mrs. Elias
Frantz, Jr, at a dinner in Scranton,
recently.
Mrs. . Chester Molley, Lehigh
Street, and her mother, Mrs. Helen
Fedorchak, Nanticoke, motored to
Apalachin, N. Y. recently to visit
Mrs. Molley’s sister and brother-in-
law, Mr, and Mrs. Gene Kucharski,
and their family. The Kucharski's
recently purchased a new home
and this was their first visit.
