acted upon at an adjourned meet-
ing on November 16, 1961, 8 P.M.
in Township Building.
An Ordinance accepting as
Township Roads certain roads |,
in Kingston Township, laying
out and opening the same as
public roads of said township.
BE IT ENACTED AND ORDAINED
by the Supervisors of Kingston
Township at a regular meeting as-
sembled, and it is hereby enacted
and ordained by authority of the
same:
Section 1: That the following
described roads situate in Kingston
Township all being, in the consid-
ered’ judgement of the Supervisors
of said Township, nevessary for the
public convenience, are hereby laid
out, adopted and opened as public |
roads of said Township, as follows:
(a) TERRACE AVENUE: ALL
THAT PARCEL of land being forty
(40) feet wide and one thousand
seven hundred ninety six (1,796)
feet long, improved with an eigh-
teen (18) foot macadam road, the
center, line of which is described
as follows: BEGINNING at a point
in the center of a street known
as Terrace Avenue, where Terrace
Avenue crosses the line of lands of
.|B. C. Banks and the Leighton Es-
tate; THENCE along a sixteen (16)
degree curve to the right ‘with
radius of three hundred fifty nine
and twenty six one-hundredths
(359.26) feet for a distance of one
| hundred eighty and sixty two one-
| androithe (180.62) feet to a point;
| THENCE along a fifteen (15) degree
| curve to the left with radius of
three hundred eighty three and six
one-hundredths (383.06) feet for a
distance of one hundred ninety two
and sixty seven (192.67) feet to

center of the intersection of Shade-
tree Road and State Highway No.
40054 and extending, on each side |
of said line a distance of twenty- |
five (25) feet, said above des-
cribed line being the middle line
of said street.
(d) WOODBINE ROAD: BEGIN-
NING at a point in the center of
the intersection of Woodbine Road
and Shadetree Road as shown on
map of Midway manor, dated April
16, 1959 as prepared by Sturdevant-
Dilley Engineering Co., copy where-
of is on file in the office of the
Supervisors of Kingston Township;
THENCE North twenty six (26)
degrees ten (10) minutes West five
hundred fifty six and twenty five |-
one-hundredths (556.25) feet, more
or less to a point; HENCE on a
curve to the left with a radius of
fifty one and eleven one- hund-
redths (51.11) feet North sixteen
(16) degrees forty six (46) min-
utes West fifty six and twenty five
one-hundredths (56.25) feet to a
point; THENCE North forty two
(42) degrees fifty six (56) min-
utes West one hundred fifty (150)
feet, more or less to the center
of the intersection of said Woodbine
Road and the Township Road known
as Howell Road, said above des-
cribed line being the center line
of said road and extending twenty
five (25) feet on each side thereof.
Section 2: The proper officers of
the Township are hereby authorized
to advertise this ordinance and to
do such other things as are neces-
sary to be done in accordance with
the Acts of Assembly in such case
