Her picture hat of brown wvel-
vet was trimmed with a large
beige cabbage rose and she car-
ried a brown velvet muff with
mums of fall colors and stream-
ers to match.

Twentieth Anniversary

their twentieth anniversary.

ried October 18, 1941 at Our
Lady of Mount Carmel church,
Lake Silkworth. Rev. Gayewski
performed the ceremony. Robert

‘Mrs. Davis was surprised on the
morning of her anniversary to read
of the death of her brother-in-law,
Art Meyers. By coincidence, ten
years ago, on her thirty fifth anni-
versary, while visiting her daughter
paper and read of the death of her
brother, Charles Heness, who was
drowned while hunting wild ducks.
Mr. Heness was father of Mrs. Henry
Ward and Mrs. George Horwatt of
New Goss Manor.
Mr. Davis will retire on January
1, 1962.

Her Eleventh Birthday
Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Reese, De-

ween Birthday party in honor of
their daughter Joann, who was
eleven on Saturday.
