The whirlybird that has been
flying over Dallas is owned by
George Horwatt of Goss Manor.
It is a Bently Helicopter based
at Forty Fort airport when it
isn't in his own yard.
Mr. and Mrs. Warren Reed have
lost their pet dog of twelve-years,
Curleytail, a devoted and loved com-
panion who came to their home
as a waif when Janice and Carol
were little girls.
After two years in Europe where
he earned his way by taking an
assortment of jobs, Kenneth Brown,
son of Mr. and Mrs. Harry Brown,
formerly of Church Street, was in
| town this week visiting his old
schoolmates and their parents. A
graduate of Wyoming Seminary,
Kenny spent most of his time in
Germany and France where he ob-
tained a good knowledge of the lan-
guages. He also visited Russia but
was unable to visit Moscow because
he lacked sufficient cash in pocket.
He had enough money for three
days but managed to extend it six
by changing his dollars into rubles
and then back into, dollars-at a
profit-much to the delight of his
travelling companions who were
amazed at his daring! Wherever he
went he was able to find jobs when
cash ran low, but “Sometimes I
didn’t eat so well”,
