Robert Hess Takes Charge
Of Gryroscope In England
Henry Hess and George Hess of
Dallas RD, and Mrs. Samuel Davis
of Beaumont, have a brother Robert
who flew into London Airport late in
May to take temporary charge of
the Sperry Gyroscope on the Great
Silver Leaf Club
Kunkle Silver Leaf Club held its
meeting, June 20, at the home of
President, Mrs. William Weaver.
Attending were Mesdames Oliver’
Ellsworth, Ann Weaver, Ralph
Ashburner, Ralph Hess, Ralph El-
ston, Elizabeth Hess, Virgie Elston,
and. strengthen direct cooperation
between London and New York of-
fices .and increase efficiency in ex-
port markets.

Maryalice Knecht, a junior has re-
ceived a Rotary scholarship to Swe-
den. George Jacobs is in the Phil-
League, 16 teams, is led by Rodda’s
team with 10 points and Fielding’s
and Miller's with 8 each. Jim
Ganse] boasts a big 255 (617), in-
dividual high; Joe Rodda with 613
and Ron Fielding, 232 are right up
there.

name on back. Engineers had
3184 total pins and Hot Dogs
rolled high game of 1095. Bob
Moore heads roster with 598;
Charles Else, 578; John Monka,
535. Karl Blight holds single
high of 237; Bob Moore, 233;
and George Shupp. Of all
things, John Monka took a
holiday from bowling to get
married Saturday. Congratula-
tions, Johnny!
