Horseshoe 4-H Club's lst
Back Mountain Horseshoe 4-H
Club will sponsor a point-to-point
at Sterling
Farm, Alderson. This will be fol-
lowed by a sandwich supper at the
grove on Orchard Farm, Dallas.
A point-to-point race is one in
which contestants are given speci-
fied points to which they must
ride, choosing their own course so
long as they go to each point be-
fore finishing.
Contestants will be given maps
of the surrounding area before the
race. Five points will be inarkted
and the distance will be approxi-'
