A minor (a person less than 21 years of age) to enter any prem- ises in ‘the Twp. of Lehman licensed by the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board for the sale of liquor or malt or brewed beverages as a retail dispenser, for the purpose of purchasing or having served or delivered to him or her any liquor or malt or brewed beverage; or b. a minor to consume any lig- yor or malt or brewed beverage on premises licensed as aforesaid for the sale of liquor or malt or brewed beverages, or to purchase, attempt to purchase, or have another pur- chase for him or her any liquor or malt or brewed beverage; or c.© any adult to give or deliver, in and upon any such licensed premises any liquor or malt or brewed beverage to any minor. Section Two: Any licensee of any premises licensed as aforesaid for the sale of liquor or malt or brewed beverages, within the Twp. of Leh- man. shall post a copy or a sum- mary ‘of this ordinance in a con- spicuous and visible place on said premises. Section Three: Any person who and adjudged to be a disorderly person, and upon conviction theres of before any Justice of the Peace, shall be sentenced to pay a fine of not less than One Hundred ($100.00) Dollars, and not more than Three Hundred ($300.00) Dol= lars, for each and every such vio= lation, and upon default in the pay= ment of said fine or fines, shall be sentenced to jail for a term or per= jod of not less than ten (10( mor more than thirty (30) days. Section Four: The provision of the ordinance shall be deemed ta be severable and if any portion thereof shall be deemed wunconstis tuhional or inoperative, the remains ing portions thereof shall remain in full force and effect.
