Letters Testamentary have been
granted in the Estate of Mary Tom-
ko, late of Edwardsville (died April
15, 1961). All persons indebted to
said estate are requested to make

School District budget for the 1961-
1962 school year will be made at the
regular meeting of the Dallas School
District Board of Directors to be
held at 8:00 P.M. D.S.T., June 13,
1961 in the Dallas Borough School
building.
Every resident or inhabitant of
the Dallas School District, upon
attaining twenty-one years of age,
and every person twenty-one years
of age or over becoming a resident
or inhabitant of Dallas School Dist-
rict
after the happening thereof, notify
the Luzerne County Board for the
Assessment and Revision of Taxes,
Court House, Wilkes-Barre, Penn-
sylvania. Any person failing to do so,
within said period, shall, in ad-
dition to the tax levied, be liable
for a penal sum equal to such tax.
