Crown - Girls team played two
games over the weekend. It met
Ashley Lanes Saturday and took 4
points with Evelyn Roberts spilling
the pins to the tune of 573 includ-
ing games of 192-187-194. Ginger
Gosart rolled 169-178-166 (513);
Billye Jamees hit 186-187 (493);
Henri Benkovsky 173 (487) and
Grace Sickler 164 (466).
Uzdilla with 553 and Irene Cap 513
led Ashley.
The local girls took 3 from New-
town Sunday in a make-up game.
Evelyn was again in front with 193-
204 (543) and Billye 199-169-168
(536). Grace posted 163-177 (492);

Liz And Elaine Take Honors
Liz Weale and Elaine Sad-
dington shared individual hon-
ors last week in Country League.
Liz posted single game high of
194 and Elaine, including 186-
187 games, roiled a beautiful
515 series. Liz also hit 180 and
finished with 502. Grace Sickler
went on record with 177-181
(506). Liz’ Dallas Dairy team
took total pins of 2383 and
Elaine’s Circle Inn had high
single of 848.

Eleanor Moyer and Gert Schneid-
er copped individual honors for
Dallas Woman's Club League last
Thursday while Daffodils and Pop-
pies were scoring for teams. Eleanor
rolled 473 series and Gert scored
182. Daffodils had single high of
591 while Poppies posted 1610 total
pins.
Poppies lead the list of four-men
teams (all women) with 33 points
and Daffodils hold 31.
