Martin And Fladd Form New Firm Engineers Set Up Office In Wilkes-Barre RAYMOND (S. MARTIN, JR. Raymond S. Martin, Jr., of Trucks- ville, and Albert J. Fladd, Jr., of Swoyersville, have opened an office in the First National Bank Building, Wilkes-Barre, as consulting engine- ers in mechanical and electrical fields. Both men have degrees in engineering from Bucknell Univer- sity. Aggregate of their experience adds up to 25 years. Mr. Martin, with his wife and three children, has lived on Carver- ton Road for four years. The oldest child, Eric, is a kindergarten pupil. Mr. Martin served last year on the clean-up ¢ommittee of the Library Auction, one of the unsung heroes who groom the grounds after the auction closes. This year, he is chairman of utilities. Mrs. Martin is presently corresponding secr etary for Women of Rotary. Commissioned as ensign in the Naval Reserve, he spent two years at Corpus Christi as aviation grounds officer, 1954 to 1956.
