This reporter has come across
\ one occupation, that is not
overcrowded. In fact, it is as
scarce as the proverbial ’hen’s
teeth’. You would never have
guessed it. I inquired of all the
meat packers and poultry
. dealers in the city where I
could find a goose that would
‘dress around 18 to 20 pounds.
I couldn’t find a dealer who
even had a “Goose.” It might
pay some of you enterprising
farmers to raise some “Geese”
for the holiday trade. I under-
stand they make excellent
watchmen while they are ready-
“ing themselves for the market.
A tip to the wise is sufficient.
