. Crown Imperial Lanes opened
['under. new management Sunday
| morning when Tony Bonomo and
his family started out the New Year
lin their new venture. Tony has
visited the lanes regularly the past
several weeks and has already made
many new friends who join with me
in wishing him the best of luck!
We sure had 3 White Christmas!
But, the holidays are over now and
things are beginning to get back
to normal for most. The lanes have
been busy and filled with new faces
and many old ones, all home for the
holidays. The leagues “will be in
full swing again this week and all
the regulars will be back. The sec-
ond half of the bowling season is
beginning for most. Everyone is
looking forward to holding a higher
average this half and the bottom
teams are hoping to take over first
place teams. :
The first number of the new year
‘was drawn Sunday and ‘a Black
Beauty Ball is waiting for the holder
of number 814207.
Last week, the winner was Mrs.
Dick Myers who came in to see Bob
Hanson about a new ball, a Christ-
mas present. . Her son suggested she
‘check her ticket stubs against the
