Jackie Mulcey who has been visit-

Mrs. James Fenimore and grand-
daughter, Georgeann who have been
spending several weeks in Phoenix,
Arizona, with relatives, returned to

birthday anniversaries.

Norton, Dallas; Mr. and Mrs. Clifford

Delbert was twelve on December
14 and Andy Jr. fourteen on De-
cember 20.
Debra Sue Bulford
Mr. and Mrs. Donald Bulford, Bul-
ford Street, Dallas, announce the
birth of a seven pound, five ounce
baby girl, Debra Sue, at Nesbitt
The Bulfords have two sons, Donald,
aged eight and Douglas, aged five.
Mrs. Bulford is the former Stella
Misson, daughter of the late Alvin
and Mrs. Lena Misson of Dallas.
Mr. Bulford is son of Mr. and Mrs.
Robert Bulford of Trucksville.
Grandma Misson took care of the
boys while Stella was in the hos-
pital. She returned on Wednesday.

The bride-elect who will be given

white satin Empire style gown made |
with tight bodice and long sleeves
of Alencon lace. The full bouffant
skirt will be floor length with cath-
edral train. Her fingertip veil of
illusion will fall from a crown of
pearls and she will carry a bouquet
of white chrysanthemums, roses and
stephanitis.
Judy Yost will be maid of honor
and Mary Ann Gehringer, Carol
Kolb and Barbara Lunger, brides-
maids. Best man will be Richard
Middlestead, brother of the bride-
groom, and ushers, Jack McLough-
lin, John Ott and Jack Herbert.
Following the ceremony, a recep-
tion will be held at Conestoga Mill
Restaurant and the couple will leave
for a week's honeymoon at Split
Rock Lodge.
Miss Lorentz attended Kutztown
State Teachers’ College and has
been employed by the Sun Oil Com-
pany in Philadelphia. Mr: Middle-
stead is a member of the Senior
Class at Lehigh University.

Stages Christmas Dinner
American Legion Auxiliary, Dad-
dow Isaacs Post, held the annual
Christmas dinner for members and
guests on Thursday at the Legion
Home on Memorial Highway. The
covered dish dinner featured baked
ham. Co-chairmen were Mrs, Leon-
ard Harvey and Mrs. Thomas. Reese.
Gifts were exchanged and Mrs. Den-
nis Ruley accompanied for carol
singing.

mony, the couple will leave for
Jacksonville where they will make
their home.

Mrs. Gerald: Stout, Marge to her
many friends, was unanimously elec-
ted president of the Book Club at
Wednesday afternoon’s Christmas
party in the Library Annex. The
remainder of the slate, presented by
Mrs. Ramon Hedden, included the
names of Mrs. Peter Clark for vice
president; Mrs. Dana Crump, secre-
tary; Mrs. Herman Thomas, treas-
urer. Officers will assume their dut-
ies at the January meeting.
Mrs. Lloyd Kear, outgoing presi-
| dent, expressed herself as delighted
with the new officers, and the mem-
bership gave Mrs. Kear a rising vote
of thanks for her services.
Miss Isabelle Husted, Librarian of
Hoyt Library, reviewed two Christ-
mas books concerned with Christ-
mas of former presidents, showing
little Tad Lincoln realizing his
dream of a nanny goat for Christ-
mas, and Mrs. Andrew Jackson
viewing with foreboding the nomina-
tion of her husband to presidency.
Mrs. Gordon Rowe was introduced
as a new member, and four guests
took a bow: Mrs. William A. Wicks,
Mrs. George A. Jenkins, Mrs. Wil-
liam Vincent, and Mrs. William J.
Daw.

light ceremony at the Alderson
Methodist Church.
Attendants were Judy Kuchta,
cousin of the bride of Harrisburg,
and Ellsworth Vivian of Kingston.
The bride, given in marriage by
her father, chose rose pink street
length dress of Chantilly-type lace
over taffeta, featuring short sleeves
and sweetheart neckline. She wore
a pink crown of pearls with scol-
loped net shoulder veil and carried
a Colonial bouquet of white mums
centered with pink roses.
Miss Kuchta selected winter white
taffeta fashioned with three quarter
sleeves ‘and mandarin collar. She
chose pink hat and gloves and car-
ried a Colonial bouquet of pink
roses. :
Mrs. "Armitage, mother of the
bride, chose beige print street dress,
matching accessories and shoulder
bouquet of wine colored mums. Mrs.
Beckerman, mother of the bride-
groom, was not able to be present
