‘Work For UNICEF
Collect Over $100
| In Halloween March
Children from Dallas Methodist
| Church Sunday School donned their
| Hallowe’en costumes Monday even-
ing, and after meeting at the church,
descended upon local residents with
small orange colored containers in
place of cakes of soap, to trick or
treat for UNICEF. The children,
accompanied by some adults, col-
lected $100 to be used for milk and
drugs.
They then returned to the church
where other adults had remained
to prepare a Hallowe’en party for
the willing workers. Taking part
were: Susan Moore, Donald Bulford,
Charles Garris, Bruce Davis, Jr.,
Lucy Fleming, Paula Scott, Ruth
Lawry, Jean Fleming, Vernon Bitt-
ler, Margaret Fleming, Ann Davis,
Charles Stevens, Martha Messick,
Margarete Fowler, Jacqueline Chur-
ry, Susan Fleming, Judy Miller,
Allan Jonathan Cease, Keith Swish-
er, Janis Shaffer, Myra Berti, Emily
Botsford, Candy Williams, Pat Peif-
fer, Linda Parry, Robert Parry, Jr.,
Arthur Miller, Donald Williams,
Billy Welsh, Ruth Scott, Marsha
Lawry, Bonnie Updyke, Charmel
Rinehimer, Gail Rumbaugh, Patti
Larson, Donna Smith, Marvin Scott,
Jr., Lydia Morgan, Jimmy Hopple,

Among its many novel features
is a full color picture “Warming
Up” by Vincent Civiletti, Center
Moreland artist. The picture which
was previously reproduced in the
Dallas Post shows a young baseball
player practicing on a piccolo while
his faithful Collie howls beside him.
The boy who posed for Mr. Civi-
letti was Dale Mosier, son of Mr.
artist of a local boy.

the Woodlawn Dairy on Friday
They were accompanied by their

ant leader, Mrs. Gertrude Snyder,
with Mrs. Robert Perry going along
to drive.
Everyone was treated to milk

Orange Methodist MYF will tour
their neighborhood Saturday from
6:30 to 8 in the interests of UNICEF,
the organization sponsored by the
United Nations for relief of chil-
dren in foreign lands.
