No house trailer used for living quarters shall be situate nearer than thirty feet from the adjoining side line of any public road or highway and twenty-five feet from any other house trailer used for living quarters or any other structure. No sewage or waste matter or water shall be emptied on the surface of any land occupied or adjoining any house trailer used for living quarters and all sewage or waste matter or water in any house trailer used for living quar- ters having such for disposal shall be emptied into a septic tank or covered sump with laterals which shall be placed at least thirty feet from the adjoining side line of any public road or highway. Any person, firm or corporation violating any provisions of this ordinance, shall, upon con- viction thereof, be fined not exceed- ing $100.00 for any offense recover- able with costs, together with judg- ment, or, imprisonment not exceed- ing thirty days if the amount of said judgment and costs shall not be paid. Each day that a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense. Any violation of the provisions of this ordinance shall be a public nuisance and abat- able as such. : Section 4.
