At a very pretty wedding, Evelyn
Kay Will, daughter of Mr. and Mrs.
John F. Will, of Penns Neck, N. J.,
became the bride of Leonard Henry
Ide, Jr., son of Mr. and Mrs. Leon-
ard Henry Ide, ‘Sr. of Lehman,
Saturday at 4 p.m. Dr. John R.
Bodo performed the double ring
ceremony in the First Presbyterian
Church of Princeton, N J.
Mrs. Harry Krimmel played the
wedding music and Janet Kessler
sang ‘The Lord's Prayer,” ‘Be-
cause” and “I Love You Truly.”
The bride, given in marriage by
her father, wore white chantilly lace
and nylon tulle over bridal satin
gown styled with high neckline and
fitted bodice with long tight sleeves
tapered at the wrist. Her full skirt
was fashioned with peplin and
chapel train. She wore a half hat
from which fell a finger tip veil of
French illusion and carried a cas-
cade bouquet of white fugi mums
and ivy.
Jean Muirhead, of Princeton, was
maid of honor. She selected bal-
lerina length gown of aqua nylon
made with low neckline and short
sleeves and matching half hat. She
carried yellow and pink mums.
Joan Holmes, of Penns Neck, and
Mrs. Kenneth Gossard, of Allen-
town, were bridesmaids. They wore
gowns identical to that of the maid
of honor in yellow, matching half
hats, and carried yellow and pink
mums.
Mrs. Will, mother of the bride,
chose navy street dress with pink
accessories and orchid mums, and
Mrs. Ide, mother of the bridegroom,
powder blue ensemble, black acces-
sories, and red roses.
Walter Chamberlain, of Lehman,
was best man and George Cross, of
Scranton, and Richard Glace, of
Trucksville, ushers.
Following the ceremony, a re-
ception was held at the Nassau
Tavern and the couple left for New
England. They will reside in Morris-
town; N. J.
Mrs. Ide is a graduate of Prince-
ton High School and Mercer Hos-

pital School of Nursing. She is
doing general duty at the Morris-
town Memorial Hospital. Mr. Ide
was graduated from Lehman High
School and served for two years
with the U. S. Army in Germany.
He is ballistics technician with the
Hercules Powder Company in Ken-
vil, New Jersey.

one hundred patrons of the twelfth
annual Waverly Antiques Show to
be held Monday and Tuesday from
11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Twenty-three exhibitors, among
them Primo Berrettini of Dallas, will
display some of their finest antiques
and there will be a loan exhibit of
a Colonial mahogany bed room.
Dinner will be served each eve-
ning at one of the churches just
across the street: Monday at Wav-
erly Methodist, and Tuesday at the
First Baptist.
Mrs. Louis H. Healy is chairman
of the affair, which many local peo-
ple attend annually, and Mrs. Frank
E. Hemelright, vice chairman.

Machell Avenue, spent the week-
end at Furance, Pa. visiting Mrs.
John McSparron and her sons,
Charles and Collins. When they ar-
rived, they found their son, James,
home. Mrs. James Hildebrant was
spending the weekend visiting Mr.
and Mrs. Walter Fletcher, Picneer
Avenue, Shavertown,
Mr. and Mrs. Raymon Hedden and
son, Carl, have returned to their
home on Machell Avenue, after
spending the summer at the Turner
cottage at Lake Nuangola. Carl
leaves for Cornell University next
week where he will be a member
of the Freshman Class.

(Carol and Eddie, of Narbeth, Pa.,
spent the holiday weekend as guests
of Mr. and Mrs. Joe MacVeigh, Cen-
ter Hill Road.

neth Huey and Ruthie, Lehigh
Street, Shavertown, spent the
weekend at Orchard Park, N. Y,,
visiting Mr. Fink’s daughter and
son-in-law, Mr. and Mrs, Stanley
Henning.

Yocum, Chase, spent the holiday
weekend at Bedford Springs. The
Williams: boys were guests of their
grandmother, Mrs, Walter Williams,
at Thornhurst.
Mr. and Mrs. Charles A. Eberly,
Jr., and family have returned to
their home on Lehigh Street, Shav-
David Patton, son of Mr. and Mrs.
Elwood Patton of Noxen, visited his
grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Edward
Nelson at Williamsport, recently.
While there he saw everyone of
the Little League World Series
