The following is a summary of
said Ordinance: .
The Preamble recited that the
Township Supervisors were amend- |
ing the Ordinance requiring building
permits, and requiring permits from
the State Department of Health for
sumps.
Section I added a provision fo
Section V of the Ordinance dealing
with fees, and fixed the fee for any
and all building permits at $1.00 to
be paid to the Township Treasurer
at the time of issuance, and to be
paid by him into the Township
Treasury. Section II prohibited a,
permit from being issued by the
Township Treasurer until it has:
been examined and approved by a
member of the Zoning Commission.
Section III repealed all Ordinances
and Resolutions or parts thereof :
inconsistent therewith.
