The following is a summary of

The preamble recites that the net
debt of the Borough of Dallas and
the debt to be created by the bonds
therein authorized in the amount |
of Twenty-One Thousand ($21,-
000.00) Dollars do not exceed the |
constitutional limitations.
SECTION 1. authorized the issu-
ance of bonds in the amount of
Twenty-One Thousand ($21,000.00)
Dollars for payment of the purchase
price of a property in the Borough
for use as a Borough Building, Fire
House, etc. SECTION 2. described
the type of bond issue to be issued,
the denomination, numbers, date
and interest rate. SECTION 3. de-
scribed the maturities of the bonds
and provided for redemption prior
to maturity. SECTION 4. provided
that the bonds should be issued free
of present or future State Tax.
SECTION 5. provided for the meth-
od of the execution of the bonds.
SECTION 6. provided for the form
of bond, the form of the coupon
and the form of the endorsement.
SECTION 17. provided for the pledge
of the full faith and credit of the
Borough of Dallas for the payment
of the principal of the bonds and
the interest and any State Tax that
may accrue thereon. SECTION 8.
provided for the levy of a tax suf-
ficient to pay the principal of the
bonds and interest, or any State
Tax that may be levied thereon,
and made an appropriation of
$210.00 from the general fund of
the Borough to meet the interest
for the first interest period occur-
ring before the levy of the tax.
