To Ross Township residents, the
grade school is a dream come true.
Construction of a grade school was
missed it by a hairsbreadth before
World War II, when Public Works
sponsorship could have been ob-
tained. (School board members now
are pleased that the original plan
did not go through, as many mod-
ern improvements were unheard of
at that time. The present school
incorporates the best in modern
construction. A few features re-
main to be worked for, with PTA
members eager to work toward such
additions. One of the first will be
a stage at the far end of the gym-
nasium, a bit of construction which
had to be regretfully, sidetracked,
Christmas.
