Pennsylvania, until 7 o'clock

Road oil to be delivered and
spread on the streets of the
Township, under the direction
of the Supervisors, as follows:
20,000 gallons C-1 type; *
10,000 gallons E-1 type;
10,000 gallons F-3 type.

Supervisors of Lehman Township
will, at their regular meeting to be
held on Thursday, May 7, 1953,
enact an Ordinance making it a
Nuisance to establish, maintain, or
conduct a Humane Shelter, or to
accumulate or dump garbage and
rubbish, except on public dumping
ground within the Township, or to
store abandoned or junked automo-
biles on private or public property
within the Township and providing
penalties, providing for and author-
izing the leasing of the land of C. C.
Hoover as a public dumping ground
and making it illegal to park motor
vehicles between No Parking signs
at Harveys Lake from the Lehman-
Lake Township line in a Northeast-
erly direction to the intersection of
road around Harveys Lake and
Carpenter Road and also between
Avenue and Route 415 at Harveys
Lake and providing penalties.

Supervisors of Lehman Township
will at their regular meeting to be
held on Thursday, June 4, 1953,
enact an Ordinance levying an an-
nual per capita tax of $5.00 on all
adult residents of the Township, a
tax of ten (10%) per cent on ad-
missions to places of amusement
within the Township, and an an-
nual tax of $10.00 on the use or
occupancy of house trailers suitable
for living quarters in the Township
by every adult occupant of same.
The reason for these taxes is to de-
fray the current. expenses and past
indebtedness of the Township. It is
estimated that the Township will
derive from $2,000.00 to $3,000.00
revenue from said taxes, annually.
