[Sidewalk engineers gathered at
the foot of Templeton Road early
this week, to offer constructive sug-
gestions to Dewey Hoover, who was
winching a submerged 1936 (Chev-
rolet truck closer mand closer to
shore, from its original location,
fifty feet out in Harveys Lake, in
water twenty-two feet deep. Com-
plications included breaking of a
sixity-foot wire cable; breaking . of
three heavy grappling hooks; and
hanging -up of the dump truck
against a ledge twenty feet from
shore, still twelve feet under water.
David MacMillan’s truck, .in the
