Added floor space has relieved icon- gestion moted in former wears. Last year rural carriers set up racks of boxes in cramped quarters back of Dixon's store, reached by a flight of outside steps, across the alley from the main post-office, This entailed much carrying of mail back and forth, with consequent delay and confusion. New quarters have resulted in a morale boost for employees and patrons alike, in addition to speed and facility in handling ‘the huge bulk of Christmas mail Receipts are well ahead of last year's, $200 greater on Tuesday than on December 16, 1951.
