Banker acquired title thereto by deed from the County Commission- ers of Luzerne County by deed dated February 27, 1945, recorded in Deed Book 839 page 593; that the said County Commissioners of Luzerne County acquired title thereto from the Treasurer of Lu- zerne County by virtue of a sale for non payment of taxes upon the above land assessed against the defendent, John T. Everhart; that said John T.
