AN ORDNANCE PROVIDING “A
J ‘BUILDING EINE FOR THE EREC-
TION OF NEW DWELLINGS IN
THE TOWNSHIP OF KINGSTON
RDAINED AND ENACT-
| ED, and #t is hereby ordained and
enactedd by the Supervisors of
Kingston Township, assembled at
regular meeting:
1. That no dwelling or other
Building shall be erected on any of
the public highways of the Town-
hip nearer than twenty-five (25)
eet to the side line of any said
puplic highway.

BE IT ORDAINED AND ENACT-
ED, and it is hereby ordained
and enacted by the Supervisors of
Kingston Township, assembled at
a regular meeting:
1. It shall be unlawful to main-
tain, operate or have a junk-yard
in the Township of Kingston with-
out first having secured a license
