Helen Williamson of Philadelphia who is visiting friends in the Back Mountain Area spent several days with Mrs. Della Parrish. Marie Wright has returned to Lake Carey after ¢pending two weeks with relatives and friends in Syracuse, N.Y., and in the Back Mountain Area. Mr. and Mrs. Elwood Leninger and son Barry of Shillington spent the weekend with Mr. and Mrs. Hayden Williams: and Mrs. Wil- liams returned with them for a visit. Marilyn Williams, student nurse of the General Hospital, spent the last two weeks with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Bruce Williams. The Serving and Waiting Class, Confidence Class and the W.S.C.S. will hold a bake sale on the Shaver lawn on Saturday, August 12 be- ginning at 1:30. The proceeds will be used for the furnace fund.
